Yes, you can create a different price that uses the longer billing cycle and create payment links using that price.

No you can set multiple prices on a single product with different billing periods

got it. Thanks a lot. Can I add coupon code for existing products? Lets new customer wants 10% discount next month then can I generate coupons from dashboard for existing products?

We don't really cover using the dashboard here since this forum is focused on developers coding integrations with the Stripe APIs but yes you can do this
