One last question, actually:

I know there's stripe fees attached when payouts (something like 0.25% of the payout amount), but is there a way to retrieve that data from the payout?

I'm assuming that the fees come off the transfer itself.

Those aren't paid by the platform account, are they?

We're not experts on pricing in here, so I'm not sure if we charge a fee for payouts. I'd reach out to support for confirmation on that to be honest: https://support.stripe.com.
