What happens when they click on "Add promotion code" ?

they're able to add a code just fine, we're just finding that the UI is tricky and not as obvious

so it's not a bug, more so wondering if there's a way to make the 'add code' button more obvious

its the tiny 'add code' under our product image that's causing confusion

Ah I see. Yeah I think we've heard this feedback a quite a few times. I'm happy to raise this internally again to see if we can get any traction.

unfortunately, there aren't any workarounds at the moment.
