Based on https://stripe.com/docs/terminal/payments/setup-reader/tap-to-pay-on-android, Note 10 on Android 12 is supported. I'd recommend checking if these criteria are fulfilled on your mobile:

Contains functioning NFC antenna and chipset

Isn’t rooted and device bootloader is locked and unchanged

Runs Android 9 or above

Leverages Google Mobile Services

Has a hardware backed keystore
