OK, so I have an unpaid subscription (with lot of unpaid invoice) I want to pay theme all at once would I need to pay theme one by one even thought there of the same subscription ?

If you use collection_method: charge_automatically, the invoice will deduct the payment from the saved payment method automatically. You shouldn't need to pay them individually.

If you use collection_method: send_invoice, customer has to make payment one by one
