No. we are going to launch a community and we want to have tier memberships to receive payments through stripe. I have searched in YouTube and there a lot of options - zapper, launchpass etc. So I want to know is it possible to use only stripe or we should go through 3rd parties?

Sounds like a subscription use case to me. I'd suggest you to go through this doc https://stripe.com/docs/products-prices/pricing-models and see if any of the pricing models work for you.

I understood the pricing models but I want to now how to connect stripe to discord as I don't know coding?

I'm not familiar with how discord integrates with stripe and I don't know if you need to write code to support subscription with discord integration.
