When a client makes a payment through a link that I created on their stripe platform, it leaves me data such as their name, phone number and email, I already have that data previously in the crm from the moment they schedule an appointment in my business. It's not the third party's problem, all the integrations with the other platforms I use work properly, it's just yours that is having trouble sending data.

Yeah sorry this is purely an issue with your integration feeding data to your CRM. I can only help you with Stripe-specific issues. I'd recommend reaching out to the Support team for your CRM to ask them how to best ingest data.

Once again, that's not how this works. Unless we have a direct connector with that CRM we do not send the data. Your integration sends the data.
