Hi there
Hi
What do you mean by 'define in it that it is already a client"?
And have you looked into our different integration options already?
Yes, we already did the integration, I will try to explain myself better, excuse me but my English is not good, I am using a translator.
When a client makes a payment through a link that I created on their stripe platform, it leaves me data such as their name, phone number and email, I already have that data previously in the crm from the moment they schedule an appointment in my business. But when I try to send the CRM the customer's payment confirmation, it won't allow me, in short. The integration to receive data from stripe in my CRM is not working
Hmm that sounds like an issue with your CRM and how it is ingesting your data, correct?
Like that isn't a Stripe specific issue? The Stripe integration is working fine?
The payment method does work well, but its integration with third parties apparently does not.
Ah yeah that isn't something I can really help you with. You are going to need to work with that third party on this issue.
If I receive the payment, but I can not know who automatically pays in CRM, then I will have to stop using your platform because it is not feasible for my business
It's not the third party's problem, all the integrations with the other platforms I use work properly, it's just yours that is having trouble sending data.
How are you sending Stripe data to your CRM?
Mediante la integración disponible en mi CRM
Do you have an integration with a specific CRM that you have proven to work correctly?
Sorry can only help in English here.
We have certain plugins and connectors you can look into. Like we have a Connector for Salesforce for instance: https://stripe.com/docs/plugins/salesforce
Do you have any similar documentation for Active Campaign?
No I don't believe we have a direct integration with Active Campaign
For Mailchin, they have something similar.
Yeah sorry this is purely an issue with your integration feeding data to your CRM. I can only help you with Stripe-specific issues. I'd recommend reaching out to the Support team for your CRM to ask them how to best ingest data.
Do not have a specialist who knows how to handle integrations with third parties?, the CRM only requests the information, stripe is the one that is not sending
Once again, that's not how this works. Unless we have a direct connector with that CRM we do not send the data. Your integration sends the data.
No we don't have specialists who know how every CRM works
That is your job as a developer who is building your integration
It is that you have a direct connection with that CRM. They also have it with mailchimph
