I don't have that. I have only the account id and email. My client actually connected the stripe to wordpress

What's the account ID? I suspect this is an issue in the third-party plugin, but I'll take a look at your Stripe logs

Do you have access to your Stripe Dashboard?

Looks like your plugin is passing an empty string to the payment_method parameter when you create the Payment Intent: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_jf0VPL0X6QTuPe
