The documentation did not solve our problem and we are not yet connected to WiFi.
And we can be sure that the WiFi is fine and that the reader can connect to the hotspot.
To check connectivity, go to settings, then select WiFi settings. This displays all available WiFi networks. To see more details about the connection, tap on the connected network name.
Make sure the network is connected and has internet access.
The signal strength is good.
The device has an IP address assigned.
The subnet matches the one that your application is connected to.
This step doesn't go through?
Do you see the Wifi in the list?
Yes, it didn't go through.
Did see WiFi in the list, but couldn't join with the password filled in.

Can you try other WiFi? Let's distinguish if that's Wifi issue of the reader issue
