You would need to top-up your platform balance first, then create a Transfer: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/top-ups

There isn't an automatic one-step process, so you'll want to check the balance on your account, then see if it's enough to cover then (if not) create a top-up followed by a transfer.

I believe you'll want to be on manual payouts, because otherwise Stripe would potentially just payout the top-up amount immediately back to your bank
