Are you currently seeing some disruption with transactions with them?
We had a customer who attempted to pay with us today and it is returning 402 generic decline errors - us trying to process the payment for them returns the same result.
They experienced the same issue with a different company earlier today who apparently also use stripe - they subsequently spoke to their bank (C.Hoare & Co) and the bank apparently informed them that due to updates in the banking industry its possible stripe may have missed that bank out due to its small size.
Wanted to affirm the truth of this as outside of it was having significant difficulty troubleshooting the problem
