What do you mean by 'paying connected accounts'? Transferring to their Stripe balance, or an external account?

Essentially, we now have a scneario where we want to pay clients. We can assume they already have a stripe account connected to ours (direct charges with standard accounts)

This payment would not happen in response to a charge charge i.e. we would send them money every quater in response to things like generating referrals to our software etc..

Well you have limited control over how that happens as the platform with standard accounts. What specifically do you want to do?
