I had a stripe account 3-4 months ago with which I started selling little by little but when I went on a trip to Morocco they asked me for the ID and I couldn't send it as I was too busy with family matters. Then I sent it to them and they told me that they thought my company was high risk and that I was scamming. I don't know if they said that because they saw an IP change or something. I can provide you with all the information you need, I just need to recover the account as I don't have another one and other payment gateways don't offer what I need.
I understand that they may have doubted whether my company is reliable or not, so I did not say anything but 3-4 months later with the money withheld I still have no dispute (0% disputes), my customers are satisfied and I do not understand why the banning.
