After applying the promo code, the final amount will be $0 which doesn't meet the minimum amount requirement of USD: https://stripe.com/docs/currencies#minimum-and-maximum-charge-amounts

Yeah I forgot about the minimum - that was on me...for some reason I thought that only applied to transactions without promotions
