Could you share example ID of Invoices, Subscriptions, Payments and Customers? It's likely that you log in to wrong account. By providing one of those IDs, I can check whether you're logging into right account

I need an object ID such as ID of Invoice (in_xxx), Subscription (sub_xxx), Payments (pi_xxx) and Customers (cus_xxx) to check which account those belong to

How do you accept payment in the first place? You'd need one of those in order to accept payment (even without dashboard)

I accept payments through my website. Squarespace

or through invoice on Stripe

Everything is tracked inside Stripe, which is completely blank when I try to log in. I've been accepting payments for a couple years now

Could you share your account ID (acct_xxx)? You can find your account ID by logging in to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account. It'll be in the upper right hand corner and looks like acct_123

This is an account created on 2022-10-11. It's probably not the one you use to accept the payment

Could you go to the top left corner of the dashboard and see if you have other accounts?
