Checkout Session has a default expiry of 24 hours. You can shorten it with expires_at field when creating a Checkout Session: https://stripe.com/docs/api/checkout/sessions/create#create_checkout_session-expires_at

Once the Checkout Session expires, it's not possible to restore it.
