I was curious when I saw your question, so I went out to look at my payouts and found that this is the case. It looks like all of the new ACH Direct Debits are coming in the same payout with my cards and all of the old ACHv1 payments are still coming in through a separate payout.

The separate balances for legacy ACH payments were a quirk of that system, and we've made it easier with the new PM-based integration
