Specifically, the code that is failing is the apex method "Get Access Token" which is in the managed package code. Because of it being a managed package we are unable to see or modify the code.

Yep, there's a workflow for handling incoming support questions about 3rd party connectors/plugins, but those are specifically tied to Stripe support (not this channel)
