If you've already activated your account you should be all set. If you haven't activated your account there would be a "Continue activating" badge toward the top.

When the customer goes to purchase the subscription on my website, they get the message, "There was an error processing this purchase." Please try again or contact the owner to complete the purchase."

Incorrect card number, but the issue is that the "error purchasing" message comes up before the customer can provide any card details?

Do the dates and times you see in the Dashboard for those errors match up with the error purchasing messages you're seeing on Wix?

Not sure, as there are some strange logs on there too, that don't seem to come up as errors.

Those are all the API logs for your account, including some things related to actions you take in the Dashboard.

It is happening in live mode. I can try to buy a subscription now and see if the log appears on Stripe?

Yeah, if you can reproduce the error now and see if anything shows up in your Stripe logs that would be helpful.

Okay, that indicates something is going wrong on Wix's end, not on Stripe's end.

I unfortunately don't have any visibility into Wix, so the only thing I can advise is that you talk to Wix, explain what we investigated here, and ask them where the error is coming from.
