another question if my renewal date is march 30 then i paused today then resume_at date is april 30 and theres no invoice generated yet will it make a charge on april 30?

I don't believe it would charge on April 30 in that case
However, I haven't personally tested this flow. You should be able to test it out using test clocks to be 100% certain of the expected behavior
