I think ths is only happening iwth people who use Apple pay

That looks like a screenshot from Apple Wallet app, correct?
It is possible that we're sending the correct name but there's some discrepancy on Apple's end
this happens to alot of our customers I'm afraid. We've done the obvious and have the correct account name ect.
Do you think this could be something to do with our Apple account.
Quite possibly, I'd recommend talking to our support team so that they can verify if we're sending the right info to the issuers first and if so, they can provide more context on how you can probably escalate/resolve this with Apple
