Hi 👋 those are turned off in settings available in your dashboard:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/emails
There may also be emails configured here if you're using Stripe Billing:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic

You can search for terms like "email" in the search bar in the dashboard and it will provide links to settings pages related to that term.
