Do you have an example sub_xxx I can look at that illustrates the issue you're describing?
yes sub_1MgPUE2SkO9a7OrGnsjPWqJe
in that invoice, during payment, the period start and end are the same. Since its first payment of subscription. And wondered if the billing_anchor_cycle would actually make it so the first invoice period end is actually when the subscription will renew payment ๐
It won't, that's just how the period timestamps work on initial invoices
It will behave as you expect for subsequent recurring invoices
but on the subsequent recurring invoices , the period will be that of the one who passed for example i subscribe monthly product. First invoice will be 28th feb - 28th feb but next invoice will so be 28thfeb - 28th march as date if i got that correctly?
Correct yes. Our invoice dates always reflect the previous billing period
alright then, those are not configurable i guess thanks ๐
Unfortunately not
If this is for provisioning/fulfilment purposes, we recommend using the period dates on the Subscription object
alright thanks a lot have a good day ๐
you too
