Is this for all of your customers or just specific ones?

Hey, it seems it's for all. I have the same issue on the development env

And can you tell me more about how you send your users to the customer portal?

past spruce
#

Yes, so basically my backend generates an URL with stripe SDK, and the browser just redirects them to it

#

Maybe it's a configuration ID error, but i can't put my hand on it, since the Stripe API seems to work

#

Last information, my account had a review required from Stripe, i did fill the form and submit, maybe my account is on hold or somethin i don't know

#

Can give you some IDs if you need, some session ID or something, let me know

Would you be able to generate a test environment URL and DM it to me so I can take a look?

past spruce
#

yep sure

#

Interestingly that site works for me now

#

Checking if we were seeing some kind of transient error that caused this before

#

Do you know how long this has been happening for?

past spruce
#

Weird OK, well it was working this weekend pretty sure, definitely end of the previous week

#

Wait

#

But it does work on Chrome

#

but not on firefox

lament elk
#

Will test again in firefox

#

To be clear, it was working this weekend and then started having issues this morning?

past spruce
#

Yes, this weekend my user didn't have this issue, now it does. I tried myself , not working on firefox but works on chrome

#

Last thing that might lead us : I AM connected right now on Firefox on the dashboard Stripe, and i think my user was too

#

Maybe some localstorage is breaking the portal

#

Yes i think that's it.. Just opened from private window, it's working

#

It's not working, only when i have a dashboard Stripe tab opened

#

Besides that, fully OK

#

I don't think you can help me much on that ... I will put some small message on display, to avoid the issue. At least you helped me find out !

Good solve! Glad I could help narrow it down a bit
