In the user's account of my app, only political_exposure is pending, but the account is not able to receive money transfers.

Is it pending in requirements or future_requirements? If it is in requirements that might be expected

Hm...ok, but in another account there is no information of any pending issue but the transfer remains disabled.

Still looking. I am actually not seeing much in the logs since that account's capabilities became inactive. Will ask colleagues for help looking in to this
