can you share a Payment Intent ID so I can check?
I am looking for it
in the logs
I am not seeing it in the logs for some reason
but it is reporting on our papertrail as returning this error

Unfortunately I will need a complete ID to look it up

This payment intent was attempted to be confirmed with a card that was saved using the Token API. It was declined
It was created with a currency of CAD. You cannot switch the currency after an attempted payment
so is that the user went from a CAD payment method to a USD payment method?
Or maybe when we came back to cancel the intent, it is using the wrong currency.
I think that may be it.
