What kind of reason can be affected to not show some events when going to setup webhook?

account.application.deauthorized will only be sent when you enable connect and the connected account is detached from the platform

Oh I understand, if there are no connect accounts those events are not showing

Yes, account.application.deauthorized won't be sent if connect is not in use
