It's kind of hard to test this given you have to wait 90 days, but I did look at one of the events that got generated after the new policy took effect. Here's an example: evt_1MeOMlH2k4SQrn57sgOMotnW
I didn't see anything in the subscription details indicative of test mode auto-cancellation, but perhaps I missed something
Same with the event. That one (in test mode) was for an automatic cancellation due to the data retention policy.
This one was due to failed payment (in live mode): evt_1MeejgAegRHrUhUqzW4GWnqL

After testing this, I do not think it's surfaces via the API. I'll provide this feedback to our product team for future product reiterations.

We're looking at request to determine if the subscription was canceled intentionally vs automatically, but seems there's no way to tell beyond that
