Ah that is the sales form. If you go to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true do you see a little modal in the bottom right?
I do - and they tell me to fill out the sales form
Okay I would recommend requesting a call or chat on there and letting them know that you haven't heard back. Or asking them your questions directly
