Okay found the ticket that has been logged for this issue. Sorry, didn't realize that this does effect the CLI as well. This issue is currently being worked on though no eta on when it will be fixed. It looks like right now the only way to actually resend this event is to go to your webhook within your platform Dashboard and look at the event that way and then re-send the event that way. This is really painful because there is no sort of search capability from that dashboard view.

Alternatively, you could reach out to our Support team and see if they can re-send this event for you. However there is no guarantee that it is something they can do.
