Yes for both through stripe reader and manual input card. I am using .net windows application and payment intent apis.I know I can change amount if it’s not confirmed but not sure if it authenticate card only after confirm api.

Over capture is only available for terminal

Is there any way we can do through other way? Is cancelling confirmed and create new can solve the issue? I am wondering if it will show 2 transactions on customer card?

Also , I tried over capture with test reader but that’s also not working , is something missing on my end? I gone through that link multiple times. Do I need to enable something on simulator reader to over capture?

You can cancel a PaymentIntent and create a new one, only the succeeded PaymentIntent will show in customer's bill.
