Unfortunately not as far as I know. Stripe accounts can have a bank account per currency but other than that I don't think you can choose which funds go to which bank account
The problem I am trying to work around is that we collect payment through stripe payment links for two seprate services. In QB online we just see them as one Stripe deposit, but we do not know how to accurately track the payments in QuickBooks Online as it arrives in our bank (and in our QB online records as one deposit).
Gotcha, so you are mostly looking for overall revenue for each product/service? Or something else?
Yes., to see overall revenue generated by each service, but also (hopefully) to see the name of the customer who paid for a particular service.
Gotcha, we do have revenue recognition reports that include product and customer data in them, so those may meet your needs here https://stripe.com/docs/revenue-recognition/reports
Otherwise you could pull this data yourself in the API
If you really need this to be two separate deposits I think you would need to split these services across two different Stripe accounts unfortunately
Could a layman " pull this data yourself in the API" or does it take programming knowledge?
I think that would depend a bit on the data you want and how you want to output it. It would take some programming knowledge though I don't think it would be too complex. Mostly just listing these payments, looping through each one, and outputting them in to the format you need
I have so little patience for this type thing unfortunately. Is there someone I can pay to make it so that payments for various services that are taken through Stripe show up as customers and what the customers paid for in QuickBooks online?
Unfortunately I am less familiar with that kind of offering as Stripe doesn't develop any of them directly. We have a guide on exporting some of your data for Quickbooks but it looks like it isn't quite the kind of data you are asking about here. https://stripe.com/docs/reports/quickbooks
And I do see that some people have written quickbooks plugins for this kind of relationship, we don't have any that we officially promote but here is one I can across while looking in to this https://synder.com/integrations/quickbooks/stripe/
And as for paying someone to write this for you Stripe has a list of verified Stripe experts here[1], and otherwise TopTal and Upwork have a lot of good freelancers for Stripe integrations.
