Unfortunately not client side from what I can see

The confirm call will return a payment intent but it will only have the ID of the relevant PaymentMethod

#

You could use that ID to look up the card/brand server-side though

Yes, you can see the brand in the dashboard or as part of the card property on the related payment method object
