In live the funds will be pending for some time. It takes time for banks to send funds over even if the charge is approved almost immediately

If I've low balance in my card so payment intent will be create or not please confirm?

or this https://api.stripe.com/v1/payment_intents API will throw an error?

If you try to confirm a payment intent and have insufficient funds, the bank will decline your payment and we will send you info on that decline in an error
