Also, I wasn't sure we supported payments/payouts in Ghana

Based on the dashboard it seems like its supported. Can create a new Connect account with Ghana as the country and it also looks like a supported option for Express accounts

Don't think the currency is listed on that page, however I do think we'll have it on the Country Spec API
Have you tried to use the API already?
