Just to add to this, I have lost short of $5000 from going back and forth to this payment platform, not sure why I ever expect anything different Z
I have spoken to your support team multiple times
I was never satisfied at the end of any conversation, nothing could be reinstated, no accounts, no pending payouts, nothing.
They were useless, which im sad in saying. Wondering if you know why? Or even have anything as remotely close to an idea on as to why this unjust closure keeps occurring.

Unfortunately, our team on discord don't know a ton about this. We primarily help developers building integrations using our APIs.
I definitely understand your frustration and wish I could help but there isn't anything our team on discord can do about this.

Well, it needs sorted ASAP, this is basically daylight robbery, I resell my products so the money lost is completely out of my pocket too, my customers are getting their product and I don’t receive their payment.

May an IP Ban of some sort have been taken into place? I know that sounds crazy but its the only thing i can think of.
