At this moment I am creating express connected accounts to A and also express connected accounts to B. With transfers I am doing great job. A is transferring funds to it's connected accounts and B is doing same.

But I don't get it on how to create connect connection between A and B ?

If in A I have 100$ balance, and in B I have 30$. I want A to send money to B(example 60$), so A will have 40$ and B is going to have 90$
