Our team on discord doesn't know a ton about the reporting APIs to know if there's any way to update this unfortunately.

My instincts would be to update the metadata on the customer and see if it changes retroactively which I believe you've tried already right? So, You'd likely want to talk to our support team to see if there are alternatives here

Yes, when I update the customer metadata and then generate again the CSV, info are updated retroactively
