We no longer want to use Shopify payment gateway as we have Stripe as a payment processor currently

Cause I spoke to a Stripe team on the phone and she advised me to contact the dev team to do so. I have no experience in coding so was hoping to get a little more guidance

I have discussed the payment link option, however it would no be viable for us due to having a high SKU inventory

I'm afraid Payment Links are the only option we have if you're not familiar with coding. The other two options on that page i.e. Checkout and Elements both require you to code. If you're not a developer, I'd recommend you continue to use Shopify or some other third party integration
