Hi there!

#

The error seems pretty clear to me: you are using a price ID that is no longer active

#

Can you share the request ID (req_xxx)?

#

Yes, one moment

#

Request req_roi6wE0p9yzj3e:

#

Yes, the price you are using (price_1LntO9AbuPr55TmTkAlv60OC) is no longer active

#

I think I might have found the issue, an employee might have pushed a change to the environment variables holding the price IDs

#

Do these IDS ever change by themselves?

violet flame
#

What do you mean?

topaz zealot
#

As in the API price IDS

#

I saw that the bottom archived one was the one being used for some reason

#

A bit unsure of how it happened

#

It wasn't a stripe issue, apologies for the thread

#

I'll look over the github logs to see what happened to the configuration file

violet flame
#

It was made in the dashboard

topaz zealot
#

Yes, I had archived the price a few months ago

#

What puzzles me is that the new prices that were not archived were "active" as in actively generating revenue before this error popped up a few minutes ago

#

So somehow the old id got reverted back inside our own code, so not a stripe issue

violet flame
#

Got it!

On another note, I did not know that the logs tab existed

Thank you
