you don't need a 'certificate'(like an Apple Pay developer certificate), but you need to have the domain association file hosted on your site and do the verification processs
I'm assuming you're asking about payments on the web and not in a native mobile app you're building

Indeed I followed the domain procedure and my domain is valid. Indeed, my request is for the web. However I don't have a certificate. And when I try to display the button nothing happens although my domain is valid.

I try in test mode with ngrok. So I have to redo the process every time I try. I also followed the tutorial made by one of the developer at Stripe on Youtube.

for the Apple Pay thing, do note you have to be using Safari and have an Apple account/card in your Apple Pay wallet. I can look at your page in my known-good browser if you have a link.

Okay first of all thank you for your answers and your follow up. Then, for apple pay you need a test card pre-registered in the wallet of Safari? If so, I don't know how to do it. If not, I could send you the link but later because I am not on my project. It's a personal project that I'm doing in the evening or on the weekend.

not a test card, just your regular card i.e. https://support.apple.com/en-ie/HT204506
the way overall we intend you to test this is that you have your own regular personal cards in your own Google and Apple wallets, and when you visit your payment page the button will display; if you use test mode API keys we won't charge those actual cards
