Ok got it. But when I navigate to customer billing portal page I don't see pricing plans any idea why so? I have already activated it

What do you have in the subscriptions section? can you provide a screenshot of it ?

currently in portal session stripe pre-built page it only shows me invoice history, billing info and payment method

The customer portal is for managing existing Subscription, not subscribing an a new one.

You have the Eligible products where you can find the plans

I see Basic plan, Standard plan.... isn't that what you are looking for ?

so you mean to say I will have to create checkout session with required plan details i.e 39 or 129 plan and then once subscription is created... if user wants to upgrad/downgrade/cancel plan then during that time I will have to navigate user to customer billing portal page is this correct?
