- depends how you want the change to happen. If you want to mange the change by yourself, you can use the Subscriptions API directly, If you want your customer to manage it, you can use customer billing portal
- Yes the same customer can have more than one active subscription.

Indian bank account is connected to stripe account. I can accept payments in USD using customer billing portal right?

I still don't quite understand Indian bank account in the context of customer billing portal. Stripe support US bank account (aka ACH debit) but there's no support for Indian bank account as a payment method at this moment.
Can I accept payments in USD from regions: US/UK/AU if I have Indian bank account connected to stripe??
