Automatic Tax is currently supported publicly in Payment Links, Checkout, Invoicing and Subscriptions.

For Automatic Tax on Elements, we have new Tax API that's still not publicly accessible yet. If you're interested, you may sign up early access here and the team will follow up with you: https://stripe.com/docs/tax/custom-payment-flows
