So in the profile settings for an account you can specify whether to get emails about Webhooks failing

#

But the user that is logging in would have to toggle this themselves

You can't control this for them

Yeah I saw the option. We need the emails but we only want Dev team to receive them.

For your developer to get these emails, they would have to be added as a user on the account

Yeah not really possible to configure that exactly how you are asking

No problem thank you for the quick response and everything. This is one of the reasons we went with stripe as our payment processor. If there is a feedback survey I would love to share that.
