Hi 👋 using Radar Rules is going to be the right approach for that, otherwise you would need to build a more custom checkout experience to first collect customer/card details and then decide whether to process a payment.

Ah ok, I was hoping there was a dashboard setting where we could just omit accepting payments from a US card. thanks

the cost breakdown mentions that by using radar, we authorize:
Stripe to charge an additional $0.02 USD per screened transaction

Is this just for transactions that are caught with our filters (so only for non-US transactions that get blocked?) or for all transactions?
