When i do stripe fees calculation for 125 cents with 2.9%, i would get 3.6 cents. What does stripe does with the decimals? 0.6 is ignored and only 3 cents is charged or it is rounded to charge 4 cents?

I don't know if we round up or down, you could try testing in test mode and checking the fee to see what happens.

FYI. it is rounded up if 0.5 and above and rounded down if < 0.5
