The one bank account that I can see attached to your account has a currency of PHP and unfortunately I am not sure where that USD one is. I would recommend talking to our support team to talk about your bank account config(s) here https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

i don't quite understand why there's a limitation on currency here, why doesn't it just convert?

Whoops I did somehow look at the destination account. I do see the USD account on the platform account that made the call

Not immediately sure why it isn't converting. If you used on_behalf_of I would have thought it would be because the finds act like they land on the other account first but I see your call isn't using that

Hey so it looks like this is a bug, currently it is possible to make this same transaction with our separate charges and transfers flow, so destination charges failing means the logic isn't quite right somewhere

I will file a bug report so we can get on a fix
