i created an app in which people can lend money to each other on private basis. So its basically lending money to friends/family members.

i live in germany btw

Person A sends Person B 100€ through my app and has to pay it back after a period of time. Both persons should be able to use Stripe

Overall that sounds fine to me but we only help with technical questions about the API here. If you are looking to determine whether your use-case would fall within our ToS and is supportable then you are better off talking to our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login
