your domain is not registerd in live mode at least, I see that on your account

did you call the API to register the domain with your test mode API key to register it? you shouldn't do that, you must always do it in livemode even if you're doing the payments in test mode.

ah actually I know the problem

we have a bug right now where this breaks if there are non-ASCII characters in your merchant name, which you do have as your business name is Chinese

if you change your Public Business Name on https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/public to something like "Test Company" you'll see it will probably start working.
